Thank you for visiting and shopping at LOVULOVU. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

As soon as we place your order with the designer, we will receive a projected ship date from them (within 5 business days) and will call or email you to inform you of the ship date, along with the estimated arrival date.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you throughout the entire period of the ordering process of when your order has been shipped along with the estimated arrival date. If you need additional information, please contact, LOVULOVU at +1 786 769 7600 or send us an email at bridal@lovulovu.com.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush Orders are available if you are on a time constraint and cannot wait for the standard manufacturing time for your order (4-7 months). In this case, we will contact the designer to expedite the order. If the dress is in stock or the fabric of a particular style is available, our manufacturer will expedite the order and deliver it within 3-12 weeks, dependent on the manufacturer’s schedule. The fee for the Rush Order is dependent on the designer and will display on the order form and added to your total price. Rush Orders is not available for all designers.

MANUFACTURING TIME

The standard manufacturing time for any model is from 4-8 months, depending on the designer, model of dress, time of year, and manufacturing workload. If you wish to receive your order sooner than the standard, please indicate that you need a Rush Order or Rush Delivery and we assist you based on your situation.

RUSH DELIVERY

Rush Delivery is available if you need your order to arrive by a guaranteed specific date with a shipping time of 2-3 days. The fee for Rush Delivery is $200 and will be added to your total price in the contract. If you wish to proceed with a Rush Delivery Order, please indicate so on order form.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of our products and industry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except for shoes. All sales are final and cannot be canceled after the purchase. Our designers and manufacturers work on each specific order and are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please confirm the model, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. If your order contains shoes and you want to exchange or return them use the way below.

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
